About Bill McInerney Jr.
Bill McInerney Jr. has been a professional golf instructor and golf performance coach since 1994, and was the founder of McGolf Learning Center in 2000. A former touring professional, Bill trained for seven years under the tutelage of world-renowned golfer instructors Bob Toski and Jim Flick.
Bill’s knowledge of the golf swing, innovative teaching methods, and sincere dedication to his students have made him on of the best-known golf instructors in New England and Nationwide. Bill is consistently recognized by Golf Range Magazine as one of the "Top 50 Best Golf Instructors" in North America working at golf ranges, academies, and learning centers.
He has also been recognized by New England Golf Monthly as one of the "Top 25 Best Golf Instructors in New England."
As head golf coach of the Wellesley College women's golf team, Bill was named the 2005-2006 National Golf Coaches Association Regional Coach of the Year for leading his team to the most wins and second place finishes ever achieved in a single season at Wellesley.
His positive approach and understanding of golf's mental disciplines give Bill the ability to help golfers of all skill levels, from kids to beginning adults to PGA and LPGA Tour professionals.
Bill credits his great love of golf to his father, Bill McInerney, a former touring professional and nationally ranked amateur player, who introduced him to the game of golf at a very young age... and his mother for teaching him how to have a passion for every single thing he does in life!
